Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the PUBG Discord bot (the "Bot") collects, why, and how you can have it removed. Dashboard sign-in uses Discord OAuth2 with the "identify" and "guilds" scopes: the Bot stores your Discord id, display name, avatar and the list of servers you manage for the duration of the session (7 days) so it can show you the right dashboards. It never receives your password or email.

1. Data we collect

• Discord identifiers: your Discord user ID, username, display name and server roles.
• PUBG link: the in-game name and PUBG account ID you provide when linking, and the date you linked.
• Game statistics: season and ranked statistics and match summaries (map, mode, placement, kills, damage, survival time, who eliminated you) retrieved from the official PUBG Developer API for linked accounts.
• Server activity: minutes online / offline / in voice per day, number of messages per channel, and server events (join, leave, verification, rank changes, moderation actions). Message content is not stored, except invite links that were blocked, which are logged for moderation.
• Match telemetry: processed temporarily to build match cards and map images; raw telemetry files are not kept.

2. How we use it

To assign rank and self-selected roles, show statistics and leaderboards, post match summaries and announcements, create temporary voice rooms, and give server administrators moderation and activity tools. The data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

3. Where it is stored and who can see it

Data is stored on a private server operated by the server administrators, in files readable only by them. Statistics you link are visible to other server members through the Bot's public features (leaderboards, match cards, /pubg stats). Activity data and moderation history are visible only to administrators.

4. Third parties

The Bot uses the Discord API (Discord privacy policy) and the PUBG Developer API operated by KRAFTON, Inc. (developer.pubg.com) to look up statistics for the in-game name you provide, and Steam's public news feed for game news. No personal data is shared with any other third party.

5. Retention

Linked-account and statistics data is kept while you remain a member. Activity data and the events log are kept up to 90 days for activity summaries and moderation. Match records are limited to the most recent matches per player. Data may be removed earlier at an administrator's discretion.

6. Your choices

• You can decline to link a PUBG account; the Bot's statistics features simply won't apply to you.
• To change or remove your linked account, or to have all of your data deleted, ask a server administrator — deletion is done from the Bot's admin dashboard and takes effect immediately.
• Leaving the server stops further collection; ask an administrator to delete existing records.

7. Children

The Bot is intended for users who meet Discord's minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from younger users.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the server.
