These Terms govern the use of the PUBG Discord bot (the "Bot"), operated by the person or team running this bot instance (the "Operator"). By using the Bot, or a Discord server that uses it, you agree to these Terms.
The Bot is a community tool that any Discord server can add. It links Discord members to their PUBG in-game name, assigns rank roles, posts match summaries, leaderboards and game news, manages voice rooms, and gives each server's administrators a web dashboard with moderation tools. Server administrators sign in to the dashboard with their Discord account (OAuth2, "identify" and "guilds" scopes only).
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as the PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS Terms of Service.
You may only link a PUBG account that belongs to you. Linking another person's account, or using the Bot to misrepresent your rank, may result in removal of the link, loss of roles, or removal from the server. Once linked, changes to the link are made by server administrators on request.
You agree not to abuse, spam, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Bot, and not to use it to harass other members. Server rules posted in the #rules channel form part of these Terms.
The Bot processes limited data described in the Privacy Policy. Game statistics are obtained from the official PUBG Developer API and belong to KRAFTON, Inc. The Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by KRAFTON, Inc. or Discord Inc.
The Bot is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties of any kind. The Operator may change, suspend or discontinue the Bot or any feature at any time, and may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Bot, including inaccurate statistics, missed announcements, or moderation actions.
The Operator may remove your data, roles, or server membership at any time for breach of these Terms or the server rules. You may leave the server at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how to have your data deleted.
